- Secure all trash in bear-proof containers.
- Don’t leave food, coolers, or scented items in vehicles or on decks.
Water Wisely 💧
- Be mindful of water usage—especially during drought-prone months.
- Report any irrigation leaks or overspray to property management.
Keep it Clean 🧹
- Please don’t leave personal items in common areas or along walkways.
- Pack it in, pack it out—especially after hikes or time outside.
Wildlife Safety 🦌
- Do not feed wildlife—this is harmful to them and dangerous for you.
- Close all doors and windows securely to keep critters out.
Maintenance Requests 🛠
- Let us know if you notice anything that needs repair (loose railings, broken lights, etc.).
- Contact Mountain Life Property Management for help with seasonal maintenance or repairs.
Parking Etiquette 🚗
- Park only in designated spots. Overflow and guest parking is limited—please plan ahead.

- Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
- Keep pets leashed and clean up after them.
